Andrew Bordelon | Executive Director

Andrew “Andy” Bordelon has been working in addiction recovery for over 12 years. His own journey into recovery began when he was just 21 years old. While in the program, Andy met his wife, with whom he now has three children. Shortly after his time in rehab, he was offered a job as a residential tech for a recovery center and has been working in addiction treatment ever since.

The combination of Andy’s personal struggles with addiction and his longstanding experience working in treatment centers gives him tremendous insight into the recovery process. He understands the value of patience when helping someone overcome addiction, and takes great pride in the numerous alumni that contact him just to let him know how things are going.

Teaching by Example

Before recovery, Andy felt his life was without direction. Working as a residential tech led him to find his calling in life, and he now fully devotes himself to helping us achieve a new, productive, and sober life. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his son’s Little League Team.

As someone who has been involved in recovery for several years, Andy serves as a study in practice of the various opportunities that await you after recovery. Andy’s path will not be the same as everyone who strives for recovery, but it serves to show that life can take drastic turns for the better once you’ve tackled your addiction head-on. Andy’s experience and commitment to recovery play a large role in helping out patients get there.
